"Packed really well"
Ordered a few gemstone beads from House of Gems and the packaging was solid. Nothing over the top, just done right.

The little bags were labeled, everything had enough padding, and nothing showed up damaged. Happy with it.

I ordered a few gems, the main thing I remember is being pleasantly surprised by the shipping cost. I can’t recall every little checkout detail, but I definitely remember there weren’t any weird extra fees popping up at the end. That alone made the whole order feel easy. I’d buy again.

"Surprisingly, the stock info was right"
I ordered a few beads that were listed as in stock, and somehow everything actually shipped with nothing missing. I know that sounds basic, but I’ve used other sites where the inventory is totally off, so I was kind of confused in a good way when it all showed up as promised. Simple experience, but the site said it was available and it really was.

I’ve ordered from houseofgems.com a handful of times now. the main thing for me is they actually have things in stock. I was hunting for a few specific beads and stones. Sold out everywhere else. Then I checked here and found them quickly. Checkout was easy, no weird hassle. Just nice to shop somewhere that isn’t full of empty listings or stuff you can’t actually buy.

Yeah, so... the gems tested as real, which is obviously the main thing I was hoping for. Shipping did take a while, though... but overall, I'm happy with it.
